Supplies needed
- cardstock
- washable paints
- paintbrush
- Wipes!! (to keep things tidy!)
How to use
Print out the template below, it will print out on one full page. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your emails within 5 minutes.
You can of course print this on normal printer paper, but with all of our crafts, they always look better on cardstock.
Let the kids decide what color handprint they want to use, we have chosen to use blue for the sail.
Use a small paintbrush to add a thin layer of paint to their hand. Make sure you have the wipes handy!!
Place their hand on the paper with fingers pointing upward, starting from the base of the yacht. Press gently to transfer the print fully, then lift their hand carefully to avoid smudging.
Let the paint dry completely before coloring in the letter Y and the yacht.
