Alphabet animal bingo for kids
These free printable alphabet preschool worksheets make learning the ABCs a blast! Each bingo board features charming animal illustrations to help kids connect letters with animals.
Download the printable alphabet picture bingo boards below, which include five unique 5×5 bingo cards and a matching alphabet calling card.
Since each board has 25 spaces (with one free space), the letters X and Y are excluded, but all other letters are represented. For example, “A is for alligator,” with a fun picture for easy recognition.
This alphabet bingo game is free to print for personal or classroom use. To get the PDF, scroll down and enter your email at the bottom of the page.
Supplies needed
- cardstock (printer paper will also work)
- bingo dot markers
- paper cutter
- laminator (optional)
How to set up
Print the game in color or black and white. Cardstock works best for durability, but regular printer paper also works fine. The game prints on 6 pages.
The first 5 pages are the alphabet bingo boards. Laminating these boards is optional but recommended if you want to reuse them.
The last page contains the bingo calling cards. Cut out each image, then place them in a bowl or bag for drawing during the game.
Use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut out the calling card images.
How to play
Give each player one bingo board (5 different boards are included).
Provide each player with a marker, pen, or small tokens (like jelly beans) to mark their board.
Draw a bingo calling card and announce the letter and image. Players mark that spot on their board if they have the matching letter and picture.
The goal is to get 5 marked spaces in a row—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Players can use the FREE space if needed.
The first person to get 5 in a row calls out “BINGO!” and wins the game.
Once everyone understands the rules, start the game and see who can shout “BINGO!” first.
