You probably have all of the supplies to make these fun little Thanksgiving handprints.

These printable handprint art templates are free to print but are for personal use and classroom use only. Scroll to the bottom of this post to get the pdf file.

Print out the templates below, they will print out on six full pages. They will print in portrait on 8.5″ x 11″ paper, so make sure to check the printer settings.

You can of course print this on normal printer paper, but with all of our crafts, they always look better on cardstock.

This little turkey is thankful for you!

The first Thanksgiving handprint is this little turkey is thankful for you, and it will look like this:

Grab the supplies above and get creating!

Let the kids decide what color handprints they want to use. We opted for the traditional brown for our handprint turkey.

Use a small paintbrush to add a thin layer of paint to their hands. Make sure you have the wipes handy!!

Cover their hand with paint and place their hand upward from the turkey’s body. Press down all along their hand to make sure the handprint transfers fully.

Pull the child’s hand up carefully making sure you don’t smudge the handprint.

Let it dry completely before adding googly eyes to the turkey if you want to.

Turkey Handprint Template

The second Thanksgiving handprint is this super colorful turkey, and it will look like this:
