Handprint craft for Easter

You likely have all the materials needed to create these enjoyable cute handprint art pieces for Easter.

These Easter handprint crafts are free for personal use and classroom use only. Please scroll to the bottom of the post for the instant access pdf file.

Supplies needed:

  • cardstock
  • washable paint (these are the ones we use for all of our handprint crafts)
  • paintbrush
  • Wipes!! Having these on hand is useful to avoid turning your table into a complete mess!

How to print the Easter handprint templates

Print out the templates below; they will fill six whole pages.

For the best results use cardstock for our Easter crafts, but regular printer paper will also work

Handprint carrot tops

It has “Handprint carrot tops, growing so fine, Happy Easter from this little hand of mine!” written at the top of the sheet.

Allow the playful little bunny to decide which shade of green paint they want to use on their hands.

Apply a thin layer of paint to their hand using a foam brush. If the brush feels too tickly, you can use a handprint dish.

Make sure to have wipes nearby!

Coat their hand with paint and press it on top of the carrot.

Press down along their hand to ensure the handprint transfers completely.

Carefully lift the child’s hand, ensuring not to smudge the print.

Hoppy Easter

Look at this adorable Easter chick taking a break in its nest.

Easter bunny

Can’t resist Easter bunnies? Assist this little bunny in finding its ears!

Rainbow handprint art

Easter is all about bright colors and happy rainbows!
